Came across this restaurant while researching dining options in Taiping, and the food indeed did not disappoint. As many reviews mentioned, the lamb stew is absolutely delicious, with a comforting, homemade taste in every mouth. The vege is also tasty. The owners are warm and welcoming, sharing that the recipe is a family tradition they've chosen to carry on. Would definitely return if I visit Taiping again.

Wholesome real food, simple yet satisfying taste, leaves you yearning for more. The main attraction is definitely the lamb stew, tender, bursting with flavour, yet not overwhelming. Well-thought menu that goes extremely well with the lamb. Salad king looks simple enough, but let not the looks deceive you, the garlic sauce is great with rice. The chicken in coconut (literal translation : emperor’s chicken) was the greatest surprise, flavour-packed with a hint of coconut fragrance, come for it if you are not into lamb. Homey decor definitely looks inviting for a family night out that will leave you wanting more.
